Mission and Vision Statement
At Recovery Epicenter Foundation, our mission is to remove barriers to sustainable recovery by offering diverse, peer-to-peer support services for individuals in recovery, their families, and the community.
As people in active recovery ourselves, our vision is to break the stigma of addiction through education, training, and the development of Recovery Ecosystems that support everyone's ability to achieve their personal recovery goals.

Outreach Peer Support
Outreach peers, funded by the managing entity Central Florida Behavioral Health Network, have built an extensive Narcan distribution network throughout Pinellas and Pasco Counties.

The Beloved Community Café
Monday – Friday please join us for a pay what you can community meal from 10am – 2pm and for the region's first recovery café program Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3pm – 7pm.

Peer Respite
The Recovery Epicenter Foundation Peer Respite program, and its flagship Peer Respite center nicknamed the Catchers Mitt, is designed to provide short term stabilization for participants who do not meet the threshold for emergency medical care and do not have the means to check themselves into a private facility.

Our Story
Founded in 2014 as a non-profit charity focused on helping sober living programs gain Florida Association of Recovery Residences (FARR) accreditation, Recovery Epicenter gained its 501-c3 in December of 2015 under the leadership of our first volunteer Executive Director Jessica Leigh Scott.
